They get a message that the older version of Yahoo Mailbox will be closing. There is a link provided to upgrade your account to the latest version. Sometimes, the users also receive an email asking to remove the account. It is definitely a smart option to update to the latest version of your mail app regularly. But the afore said mail is nothing but a fake message. As per the ATT Community Forum, the email is nothing to take seriously. So, it is recommended to report it as a fraud. As a solution, you can forward the mail to the mail address, abuse@att.net for security purposes.
