- Open Gmail and then log in to your account.
- Select the Settings icon.
- Now you need to scroll down to the Theme section and select one of the pre-made themes offered in the section, if you like, or choose View All.
- If you select View All, scroll through the photos and choose a theme to preview it.
- Select More Images to see even more background options.
- Select the Text Background button to choose Light or Dark text.
- Select the Vignette button and then adjust the slider to make the corners of your theme darker.
- Select the Blur button and then add blur to the theme with this slider option.
- Lastly, tap Save to save the changes.
