xiloso3678 best's blog : Needed to test localized content
Needed to test localized content from different usa states but my single browser kept showing personalized results based on my real location and history. click A QA lead at a previous job mentioned using isolated browser profiles for geo-testing during an alumni meetup. Creating profiles with state-specific proxies and clean histories gives me reproducible test conditions for each market. Found a pricing error only visible from the southwest region that would have cost us thousands in misconfigured campaigns. Testing without proper isolation is just browsing, not quality assurance. The profiles give me a testing lab instead of a guessing game.
