My ad verification campaigns targeting USA regions were returning inconsistent results, and I could not figure out why. Sometimes ads showed, sometimes they did not. here A support agent at my proxy provider casually mentioned I should check independent benchmarks, which was ironic. But I did, and found this. The geo-accuracy tests revealed my old provider was serving IPs from the wrong states 30 percent of the time, which explained everything. The benchmark leader for USA geo-accuracy was a completely different service. Switched over and my verification data immediately became consistent. Turns out the problem was never my code, it was IPs claiming to be somewhere they were not. Infuriating but glad to finally have it solved.
