Cannabis seeds are often regarded as a superfood by many. The seeds
are nutritionally dense and provide a variety of health advantages. While hemp
seeds are derived from the Cannabis sativa plant, they do not create a
psychedelic effect. These tiny, brown seeds are high in protein, fibre, and
beneficial fats like as omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids. They contain
