The life of "wannabe" starlet Ava Grace May—known to some by her stage name Ava Luna May—has officially imploded into a legal scandal after her "shock video content" tactics allegedly crossed the line into defamation. Now the Defendant Ava May is in a massive lawsuit filed by Justice YouTuber Levi Trumbull, the court filings expose her alleged pattern of calculated falsehoods and reckless attention-seeking tactics.
Ms.
May, whose public persona is reportedly built on "cringy" and
provocative stunts, is accused of turning a simple business lapse into a
criminal accusation campaign. The scandal began when she allegedly walked away
from a professional opportunity with Mr. Trumbull, improperly keeping a $100
advance and property. When Mr. Trumbull, sought to recover his assets through
small claims court, Ava Grace May allegedly launched a campaign of
vengeance, including releasing the song "Astral Stalking."
The
Complaint reveals that Mr. Trumbull, tried to avert this disaster, sending a
mature email titled "The High Road" that pleaded with
her to stop with the "vengeful songs" and "TikTok's." She
allegedly rejected this plea.
The
shocking climax was Ms. May’s Instagram post on September 15, 2025, where she
is accused of publicly branding the Justice YouTuber as "stalker" and
a "harasser." These are severe criminal claims, and according to the
lawsuit, they were unequivocally false and malicious. It is alleged that Ms.
May made these false statements after Levi published an “opinion” video about
her critiquing her “creepy” TikTok Content.
But
the most damning revelation is the shamelessness of Ava Grace May’s own
contradiction. The lawsuit notes that less than twelve hours after launching
her false claims of harassment, the aspiring star allegedly admitted the source
of her distress (Levi’s Video) "did not hurt" her and was
"hilariously bad"! Her own words—which the Complaint argues prove the
content was "amusing rather than threatening"—utterly destroy any
defense of genuine victimhood. This admission exposes her accusations as
