Piter Freide's blog : How we launched a project with a remote team
For a new web project, we needed to quickly find several experienced developers without a lengthy hiring process. While exploring nearshore options, I found https://ncube.com/nearshore-software-development-colombia and decided to consider Colombia because it offers a large selection of specialists and reasonable prices. After we started working together, it became clear that this model allows us to quickly scale the team without unnecessary costs and bureaucracy, and communication was quite easy.
