Galvanized Steel Guardrail Posts - H beam post, C post, Sigma post manufacturer - for highway guardrail and road barrier

We produce all the posts for highway guardrail at best quality that has been proved by Australian, American, European market. We supply cold formed C post, Sigma post, tube post, I beam post, and all the custom spec post. All component hot dip galvanized.

Generally, we use high strength steel Q345, with a minimum yield strength 345MPa, equal or superior to Australian steel HA350, European steel S355, ASTM Gr.50, JIS SPFC590.

Hot dipped galvanizing can be also done in our workshop. 1200g/m2(both side) or 80 micro is common requirement.

Highway Guardrail Posts are chief component supporting the beams of the public domain non-rigid road safety barrier system and the wire rope road safety barrier system. Guardrail posts play a very important supporting role in road collision protection. By increasing the moment of inertia, which is affected by the shape and area of the post section, the guard rail posts can be strengthened. Various countries use steel sections of different shapes for columns.
