Bonnie Cantwell's blog : Know About the Features of the Snapchat App

Bonnie Cantwell's blog

As you are aware, Snapchat is a picture and video-sharing app that restricts the viewers' view to 1-10 seconds. It allows you to share your pictures and videos with friends or make a "snapchat game questions" shared with all your Snapchat audience members or friends. You can make your videos and photos by adding interesting filters like time stamps, weather stamps, speed stamps, or even a Geolocation stamp, based on whether you're in a region with one.

Filters & Stamps

You should enable that feature if there aren't access stamps and filters on your Snapchat. In your Settings, select Manage. There are many options to activate yourself, including filters and replay options, permission to gain access to contacts, etc. The replay option allows your followers and Snapchat friends to play back your Snapchat only once and only once. You're only allowed to respond only to the same Snapper day. Press the Snap you were watching to reply, and it will load. Once you've turned your filters on, you can increase the quality of your Snap game. Snap a picture or video and move your finger left and right to view the various stamps and filters. Bonus tip: Layer filters to add more than one. After selecting the first filter, place one finger on the screen and move it left or right to choose another.

Text & Drawing

You can include text or emojis by pressing "T" or the "T" button in the top-right of the intended Snapchat. After you have added text, press "T" again to make the text standalone "T" button to create a standalone text (outside that text area). You can modify the standalone text by making it bigger or smaller and even alter the color of the text. To make the text more exciting by incorporating the colors and sizes, choose the text option while the keyboard is open. Then, you can use your fingers that zoom into or away from the text to alter the size and then utilize your color bars to alter the color of your font. After you've chosen the size and the color of your text, remove the "T" option and move the text around so that it can be placed in the location you prefer. The color bar at the upper right-hand corner allows you to create stunning artwork within your Snapchat. TIP: You may notice that the color bar is missing two essential shades, white and black. To get these colors, you need to place your finger in the bar of color, then swipe it across the screen to be black, then swipe towards the left to unlock white. If you stop lifting halfway down the screen until the black color, you'll notice some shades of brown that you can work with.

Engaging With Friends

Snapchat lets you send Snaps privately to specific people rather than sharing the Snap story with everyone. Since its inception, Snapchat has added new features that encourage you to communicate with your friends through the app. You can tap a friend's name to privately contact them or even send them pictures of your photo album. You can't share photos from your camera roll to Snapchat with the Story feature. However, you can only send private messages to anyone. If you'd like to chat live with a person you know, swipe left as if you're planning to send them a message, and both hold the yellow button simultaneously to display an interactive chat screen.

Adding Music

Snapchat is among the few apps to allow this feature. Open your music application to play a track, launch Snapchat and take videos. Snapchat will add music to the recorded video. Cool, right?

Find Who's watching.

If your Snapchat stories are concerned, they will be shared with the entire list of friends to see (unless you alter this setting under Settings). Not everyone will be able to view the story or even watch the whole story. Click on your account, and it will display every Snap you added to your story and the many viewers who have watched each Snap. When you select a specific image of your tale, tap the arrow in the lower right of the screen. Then swipe upwards to show the particular viewers who have watched your Snap. In the case of watching Snapchats, regardless of whether it's a snap story or someone has sent you a single snap, You can take a picture of your Snap (if you own an iPhone). If you take a snapchat screenshot and they are notified, they will be notified that they've been told, and you'll be identified as a screenshot. You may not be able to trust them in the future.

One of Snapchat's newest features is the addition of emojis that are based on the names of your friends. It is still being determined whether this will be an ongoing feature since there has been a 50/50 split about whether users like it or even appreciate its existence. It is possible to find a helpful guide here to learn more about the significance of emojis.
