Due to increased volume and organic growth, we are now looking to recruit a further member of permanent staff in the customer service department at our Rackheath, Norfolk H/O 


The Role

This function reports directly into the Customer Service Manager.  The purpose of this job is to deal with all customer enquiries, engaging with the customer and maintaining excellent customer service and focus.  Supporting process and administration within the department is also a key part of the role, with a continuous improvement mind-set.

Please note; this role does involve weekend working

Key Outputs

  • Dealing with enquiries and call backs via telephone, E-mail and live chat
  • Dealing with web refunds and exchanges 
  • Checking for fraudulent activity where applicable
  • Acting as a facilitator to resolve customer disputes
  • Back order fulfilment

Qualifications, experience and skills

  • Self-Motivated and able to work under pressure 
  • Knowledge of fishing and fishing tackle and understanding of computers and till systems is preferred.  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication GCSE or equivalent in English 
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel
