We believe Jobhop is straight forward and obvious to use because we built it and we’re using it every day, and it’s like riding a bike, the more you do it, the more it becomes auto-pilot. It’s the same when you start off on any new site; many people, myself included couldn’t understand what to do on Facebook when it first came into our lives and Linkedin, don’t get me started, I still have to show people on a daily basis how to use Linkedin. I’ve heard that many people at Linkedin don’t even know how to use Linkedin! Knowing that you don’t know what you don’t know, our intention at Jobhop is to help you to understand it and use it better and just like riding a bike it gets easier the more you use it.

Jobhop How to Upgrade a Company Page from Jobhop

Your first step is to join Jobhop if you haven’t already done so. Enter from the home page and enter where it says “Employers” at the top

Follow the steps given. Once the steps are completed click “Create a Company Page”. Remember, candidates are searching companies to find out about the company culture, so talk about it, as well as the company ethics and the mission it’s on, and don’t forget to add pictures to bring it alive.

You have now created a free company page.

You can upgrade your company page by clicking your name in the top right-hand corner of your toolbar

You can also upgrade your company page when you click to view our jobs or communities on your existing company page.

An upgraded company page enables you to create talent communities and keeps all your talent in one place. You can continuously engage with them and when the time comes to ﬁll a role you'll have the best all collected in your community to cherry pick from

An upgraded company page also enables you to add unlimited jobs which get shared on social media.

As well as that an upgraded company page enables you to add more media, pictures & video which is a good way to showcase your company culture. The Blog is standard with the basic company page and the upgraded version.

There’s more; you can post unlimited jobs on your upgraded company page, and those jobs will get shared on Twitter, Facebook and Linkedin.

Every job description is media rich so no more excuses for having boring job description templates, visuals will always attract more people and more shares than plain old text.
