Method 1: Update Your Drivers

Sometimes, the problem is caused by old or corrupted drivers installed on your system. In order to fix your problem, you need to update them. For this:

  • Press the Windows Key + X simultaneously and choose Device Manager from the context menu that appeared on screen.
  • This will open the Device Manager window, look for Other Devices.
  • Locate and right-click on the Unknown Device that might create problem.
  • Click on Update Driver Software button. This will automatically start searching for updated driver software.

Once the software is successfully updated, restart your computer and check whether the problem has been solved

Method 2: Run Windows SFC scanner

You can also perform Windows SFC Scan to figure out what iscreating problem and then identify method to fix it.

  • Press the Windows Key + R simultaneously and type cmd in the box to open the Command Prompt.
  • Type in the following command:sfc /scannow and press enter.

Once the above command is successfully executed, wait until the process is finished. After that restart your computer.
